I’m Natalie
I’m an experienced, hands-on Design Director crafting brands, UX and motion that genuinely engage. I’ve worked both in-house and agency-side and I’m the kind of creative who builds, crafts, tests, breaks and iterates. I know how to make things, how to get them live, how to get them right.
As a “square-shaped generalist,” I bring a highly adaptable, interdisciplinary approach to creative challenges. From brand and digital to broadcast and campaigns, I develop strong strategic ideas and shape their nuances across mediums, how they behave in motion, in code, in sound, on screen and IRL.
I’ve integrated AI into my design practice and use it with intent and craft. My value lies in judgment: curating, shaping and refining work to give it flavour, humanity and humility.
I care deeply about storytelling and narratives that matter to humans, stories that are well researched, empathetic and true. The kind that resonate with decision-makers, humanise abstract ideas and data and create thoughtful leadership with substance. Work people still choose to engage with on the internet.
